Zumba Fitness
Dance your way to fitness with this high-energy Latin-inspired workout. Burn up to 800 calories per session while having fun with easy-to-follow choreography set to infectious music. No dance experience required.
HIIT Circuit

All group classes are included with Standard and Premium memberships. Basic members can attend 2 classes per week.
